 FULFILLMENT POLICY

Most orders within the United States and Canada include FREE SHIPPING via UPS or Canada Post. Our shipping days are every Monday and Tuesday. If you wish to upgrade shipping, please contact us at PristineWorldwideBreaks@Gmail.com or message us on Facebook for a quote.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is deemed defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at pristineworldwidebreaks@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time whether or not you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Always confirm that we have your correct address before placing an order. Pristine Worldwide is not responsible for addresses that have not been updated and confirmed by us. All products ship to the address in the customer's account, or the address you provide with one of our payment providers. If you do not confirm address changes with us, we are not responsible for products shipped to the wrong address and will not replace these products. Please get in touch with us right away when your address changes.
